Founded by Teresa and Jeffery Tham, who emigrated from Dili, East Timor, our restaurant quickly became known for its warm hospitality and authentic dishes that captured the true essence of Chinese cooking.

After 35 years of passionate service, Teresa and Jeffery have passed the torch to their son Tristan and his wife Remi, who are committed to preserving the values that made Tham Dynasty a beloved staple in the community. As a family-owned and operated business, we take pride in treating our guests like part of the family and offering the best Chinese food East Gippsland has to offer.
